It seems that all of my girlfriends are having baby boys and I’ve been so pleased to be able to do their first photo shoots. Baby Cannon takes his name from his mother’s maiden name and is such a sweetheart.

My friends Kat and Brett have embarked on lots of adventures together including: building a new business, graduate school, sailing trips in the virgin Islands, and skiing just to name a few. Most recently they have embarked on the adventure of parenthood. Their son, Anders Cooper, made his way into the world in late January and his beautiful family is clearly in love. I’m quite smitten myself!
He’s such a lovely baby (favoring both his parents in looks) and I’m just gaga over his hair which is soft as velvet.
I love this series! Anders does a surprise sneeze in Brett’s face and then another. Brett takes it all in stride but Anders seems to look at his father in the last frame wondering if he’s in trouble.

Sally is one of the gentlest and sweetest dogs I’ve ever been around. I’m not sure what she thinks of Anders yet.

My friends Samira and Jason had their first son Adrian around thanksgiving this past year and I recently had the privilege to photograph him. Big sister Celina was such a great helper during our shoot! I love the photo of the two below.
I had the pleasure of meeting baby Auden this past memorial day! She is just lovely and I seriously adore her wild hair… it has it’s own personality. The Greenbaums are one of the nicest most patient and kind families you’ll ever meet.
Thanks big brother Adler for helping me with the shoot! I love working with babies. Their soft skin and sweet gurgling and cooing make me happy.
Our dear friends Sabrina and Kevin gave birth to a beautiful baby boy just in time for Christmas this past year. I fall in love with Hunter a little more every time I see him! I can’t help but to love his sweet little toes and fingers and all of his gurgling baby sounds.

The Brannons have adopted the penguin as their family mascot of sorts. The couple decided not to find out the sex of the baby until his birth so they called him the penguin. I love this little cap.
