I instantly fell in love with Holly and Cole!!! During our first meeting they had me giddy with excitement as they described their glamorous bohemian wedding to be held at Paris on Ponce, a moulin rouge themed event space in Atlanta. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this wedding complete with a bride in red high heels (not to mention her glamorous dress, gloves, and birdcage veil) cupcakes, a first dance to Bob Dylan’s “If Not for You,” and a reception that featured Dames Aflame, a tarot card reader, and Nine Inche Neils (a Neil Diamond cover band). This couple truly rocks and were the perfect couple and wedding  to shoot just before leaving for vacation (which included time in Paris).

Love the pre wedding chaos of this image.

I forgo to mention how intensely hot it was on this couples wedding day… we had to stop so that could dab away beads of sweat.

Holly’s aunt had such a fun outfit complete with hat… The band brought her on stage for a song.

Holly’s sister gives a toast!

The couple’s exit included a quick wardrobe change into jeans and was accompanied by the Neil Diamond song Forever in Blue Jeans.

Hayley and Matt

I really am privileged to work with such wonderful clients, two of whom are Hayley and Matt Hanson. They were married at Roswell United Methodist Church in July with their reception following at Founders Hall. Such a sweet and down to earth couple from the first time we met and they have continued to be a joy to work with.

When I arrived to the church I saw Hayley’s blue shoes and just knew I’d be happy all day long. I love when brides make bold foot wear decisions.
